How to use:
Apply a layer of Nail Highlighter over your nail colour. You can use it on any shade. For a subtle shimmer, a very thin layer is enough. For a more intense effect, simply apply another coat. Allow to dry thoroughly. The Nail Highlighter also seals your manicure.
